HHS, LLC is seeking a leader to manage a hospital housekeeping department at Texas Institute of Surgery - EVS. You will develop a cohesive team that delivers a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients and staff.

The role requires 2+ years managing staff and a flexible schedule. You will oversee recruitment, training, inspections, budgeting, and compliance efforts to ensure high standards of service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Job Description

Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities
