Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) seeks a proven leader to head a hospital housekeeping department. You will foster a positive team environment, ensure a safe, clean, and healing space for patients, and drive customer satisfaction across shifts.

Lead recruiting, training, and scheduling while monitoring quality control, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Flexibility for nights/weekends may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regulatory familiarity with OSHA and similar standards.

• Salary - Salary Plan, 70,000.00 USD Annual
• Salary: $65-70k DOE

Job Description

Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Not Required But a Big Plus Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
• Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements
