SexySelfies Inc. is building its events program and seeks a seasoned Events & Sponsorship Manager to lead the planning and execution of trade shows, hosted events, and sponsorship strategies.

You will own the yearly events plan, manage budgets, negotiate with venues and production partners, and lead internal and external teams to drive attendance, creator signings, and sponsorship revenue. Travel is required; collaborate with marketing to promote events while ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• 7+ years in event management with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver events on budget and negotiate contracts.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and adult-industry settings.

You will build the SexySelfies events program: which industry trade shows we attend, which events we host, and what each one has to achieve.

You own the plan and the budget, and you lead the Events & Sponsorship Manager.

• Lead the Events & Sponsorship Manager and outside vendors
• Represent SexySelfies at industry events and build relationships with organizers
• Work with marketing on promotion before, during and after each event
• Make sure events meet safety, security, age-check and legal requirements
• Report on results: attendance, creators signed, sponsorship revenue and cost

What we are looking for

• 7+ years in event management, including 3+ years leading events or an events team
• A record of delivering events on budget, with contract and vendor negotiation experience
• Able to travel regularly for events
• Comfortable with adult content and adult-industry settings
