University of Maryland Extension seeks a Director of Evaluation and Reporting to lead program evaluation and reporting across Extension programs and applied research projects. You will drive measurement of outcomes, coordinate reporting to stakeholders, and oversee IRB and data governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.
  • Experience in program evaluation, data management, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics, Google Forms, PEARS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to travel within Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for evaluation and reporting for Extension Programs and applied research projects.
  • Manage data collection, writing, and submission of annual plans and accountability reports.
  • Lead Civil Rights compliance data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Oversee annual program planning, evaluation design, and sharing of impacts with stakeholders.
  • Develop training in evaluation, survey design, and reporting for multiple formats.
  • Supervise staff and student assistants.
