Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in managing environmental services.
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare operations is preferred.
• CHESP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages Environmental Services across the hospital to ensure aseptic, clean environments.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (TJC, OSHA, EEOC) and adherence to policies.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing, and supplier relationships to optimize costs.
• Promotes patient-friendly service and strives to meet HCAHPS goals.
• Directs daily operations and coordinates across hospital departments.
