Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within environmental services or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, OSHA regulations, and commercial cleaning techniques.
• Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospital environmental service requirements is preferred.
