• Master’s degree in urban planning, environmental science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and environmental analysis with strong CEQR, SEQR and NEPA background.
• Strong written and spoken communication, organizational and project coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and assist in preparing, conducting and reviewing environmental documentation including assessments, EIS, and related studies for a large portfolio of ESD’s real estate and funding projects.
• Conduct environmental reviews under CEQR, SEQR and NEPA and ensure documentation compliance.
• Oversee consultants’ preparation of environmental review documents and coordinate with project teams.
• Coordinate with agencies on environmental review and regulatory requirements.
• Manage consultant procurements, contracts and invoices and monitor compliance with environmental measures.
• Support planning needs including master planning, community engagement, and feasibility studies.
