Job summary

Career Developers Inc. is seeking a Chief Data & Analytics Officer in New York, NY, offering hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Lead enterprise data strategy, modernization, and governance to drive commercial growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation.

You will build and lead a data organization spanning engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and platform teams, delivering scalable data products, real-time analytics, and AI initiatives for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, or data platform organizations.
  • Proven success leading large-scale data transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Deep expertise with modern cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or GCP ecosystems.
  • Strong background in data engineering, enterprise architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience operationalizing AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Ability to translate data into scalable products, insights, and measurable business value.
  • Experience leading technical teams across data engineering, architecture, platform, governance, and analytics functions.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, membership, marketplace, or customer-centric organizations is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and establish scalable operating models.

  • Improve data quality, accessibility, lineage, security, and trust across the organization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data organization encompassing data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and platform teams.
  • Develop scalable data products and decision-support capabilities that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Enable data-driven decision making across commercial, product, marketing, and operational teams.

$250,000 - $300,000 Base + Target Bonus up to 40%
