Job summary

NovumHealth in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Director of Data Management to lead the enterprise informatics and analytics function. You will architect governance, reporting, and standards that support clinical, operational, financial, and value‑based care performance.

Reporting to the COO and partnering with the CEO and market leadership, you will build internal analytics capabilities, reduce external dependencies, and drive decision‑making with scalable data solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data management, or informatics, including experience in a payor, health plan, or value‑based care organization.
• Direct, hands‑on experience with healthcare data: claims, encounters, authorizations, provider, member, or clinical/quality data.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or dashboarding platform (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise informatics function and establish the strategic vision and operating model.
• Develop data governance standards, architecture, and compliance across clinical, operational, financial, and value‑based care initiatives.
• Serve as the primary analytics resource for executives and market leaders, delivering dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Design and implement scalable ETL workflows and data integration across systems.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, network development, and leadership to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
