FVI School of Nursing & Technology in Miramar, FL seeks a Director of Enrollment Services to lead admissions operations and a motivated team. The role reports to the Vice President of Admissions and focuses on directing overall department activities to help students achieve success.

The position is housed on the Miramar campus and requires strong leadership, strategic marketing, and collaboration with academic departments and financial aid to drive enrollment goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of management experience.
• Experience managing several people is a must.
• Must work at Miramar campus.
• Detail oriented, assertive, self-starter.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and implementing all admissions goals.
• Develops marketing campaigns that relay the school’s mission to prospective students.
• Collaborates with educational departments and financial aid to ensure smooth admissions processes.
• Directs preparation of materials explaining admission requirements and transfer credit policies.
• Participate in student recruitment programs with faculty and staff.
• Hire, train, develop and maintain admissions staffing to meet enrollment plans.
• Adhere to admissions policies to select qualified students.
• Ensure admissions personnel are trained and adhere to state, federal, and accrediting standards.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assist in developing and implementing all admissions goals
• Develops marketing campaigns that relays the school’s mission to prospective students
• Works closely with the leadership of every educational department as well as the financial aid team to ensure that the admissions process runs smoothly
• Directs preparation of printed materials explaining admission requirements and transfer credit policies
• Participate in or conducts student recruitment programs with other members of faculty and staff
• In addition to marketing the school to the external community, he/she is responsible to hire, train, develop and maintain appropriate staffing of admissions personnel to meet the institutional enrollment plan.
• He/she must adhere to admissions policies and practices that ensure the selection of qualified students for each program
• Admissions Director is responsible ensuring that all admissions personnel are properly trained and consistently adhere to all state, federal and accrediting body standard.

Skills required for this position:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three or more year’s management experience required. Experience managing several people is a must.
• The position requires working at the Miramar campus.
• The Director of Admissions must be a detail oriented, assertive, self starter.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure, possess good judgment, initiative, good job attitude and be dependable; and must be able to deal effectively with people. Maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment is essential.
• Very computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in CRM applications, Proficient in Microsoft Suites required in the performance of job responsibilities.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are base standards.
