Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years in a leadership role within engineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with budgeting and staff development

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects, performance reports, data and analysis
• Directs design concepts and tech for product improvements
• Manages budget proposals and funding allocation
