What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to help the Match Success deliver world-class software that significantly impacts the mental health landscape. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of engineers reporting directly into the VP of Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders across product, design, and data to deliver on the product roadmap for impactful areas such as our marketplace, our provider onboarding, and scheduling with the ultimate goal of helping more clients find the right provider for them.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize projects and balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements.
  • Working closely with the managers and engineers in your organization to improve engineering efficiency, reduce technical debt, and engender best practices
  • Coaching your management team through career growth through mentorship and timely and actionable feedback
  • Contributing to solving cross-engineering challenges and driving engineering-wide initiatives

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a people manager who has successfully built and led high performing teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a Director
  • A strong technical background, with experience as a software engineer
  • A history of building strong cross-functional relationships that help your teams deliver impactful user experiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

The salary range for this role is $250,000-$295,000
