Yulista is seeking a Director of Engineering Programs based in Huntsville, AL, to lead and oversee engineering programs supporting DoW, NASA, and other federal customers. The role ensures successful execution, financial performance, strategic growth, and operational integration across current and future programs.

The Director reports to the Senior VP of MS&T and collaborates with executive leadership, engineering, business development, finance, contracts, and customers to drive excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience managing complex engineering programs (aerospace, DoW, or similar).
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing multiple programs or technical organizations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of Yulista's engineering program portfolio.
• Manage revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with the Chief Engineer and engineering teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Lead program execution across multiple contracts with effective risk management.
