Qualifications

• Strong consulting background with proven ability to manage both technical delivery and client interaction.
• Experience with large, multi-workstream programs.
• Technical foundation in engineering: able to read, troubleshoot, and contribute to code.
• Fluent, confident communicator who can present clearly to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Adaptable and resilient in dynamic project environments.
• Familiarity with Bayesian statistical modeling outputs and their impact on downstream systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leads and consultants to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and build alongside engineers when needed, ensuring program-wide quality.
• Confidently communicate with clients and consulting partners, providing clear technical insight.
• Maintain program stability when priorities shift, standing firm on technical direction when necessary.
• Contribute to exploration of Agentic AI features and integration opportunities.
