Job Title: Director of Engineering & Maintenance

We are seeking a Director of Engineering & Maintenance with experience in automation and heavy industry. The ideal candidate is strategic, a problem solver, a troubleshooter, and understands the importance of being on the shop or production floor for our client in the greater Youngstown area.

Key Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in a progressive leadership role.
2. 5+ years of experience in the heavy industry manufacturing sector.
3. Ability to create and implement strategic plans.
4. Experience and knowledge of integrating automation into manufacturing plants.
5. Safety-first mindset.
6. Servant leadership style.
7. Mentoring, coaching, and training skills.
8. Willingness to spend time on the shop floor, especially during equipment downtime.
9. Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
