Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort seeks a Director of Engineering to lead a dynamic team and oversee strategic planning, maintenance, and operations for hotel facilities on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk in Florida.

You will drive energy efficiency, safety compliance, and guest-centric service, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hotel/HVAC engineering or related facilities management.
• HVAC refrigeration knowledge and certification.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize engineering operations.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation of infrastructure and systems.
• Lead the engineering team with guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate engineering services.
• Drive energy conservation and sustainable initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ensure safety standards.
