Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of PM in a regulatory environment.
• PE license or active pursuit considered a plus.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering programs from concept to completion within budget and schedule.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and performance standards for engineering programs.
• Coordinate vendor selection and contract negotiations with external partners.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and cross-functional alignment for projects.
