Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide strategic leadership across the engineering organization, guiding product development, innovation, and execution from concept to commercialization.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and customers to drive innovative products, improve processes, and support long-term growth in a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering organization while overseeing product design, development, testing, and commercialization
• Partner with customers, Sales, and Operations to develop innovative solutions and support business growth initiatives
• Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvement, product innovation, and effective resource utilization
• Manage new product development programs to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing readiness
