Alfa-Executive Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead product development, engineering strategy and technical innovation for a construction equipment manufacturer.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape electrification and automation efforts, and drive quality, cost and manufacturability improvements across the portfolio.

Formación

• Significant engineering leadership experience in construction equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience leading product development from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, powertrain, or mobile equipment.
• Excellent commercial, strategic, and people leadership skills.

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 base + bonus and benefits
