Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a senior engineering leader in the United States to guide multidisciplinary teams across water and wastewater projects. You will oversee product development, applications engineering, and project delivery while shaping the company’s technical strategy and long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in water, wastewater, environmental, or process equipment industries.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, mixing technologies, aeration systems, and nutrient removal.
• Experience overseeing product development, applications engineering, project delivery, and technical strategy.
• Track record of driving innovation, engineering excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Experience supporting capital equipment projects from concept and design through installation and commissioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license preferred.

We're partnering with an innovative wastewater technology company helping municipalities and industrial facilities optimize treatment performance through advanced mixing, aeration, and process solutions.

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of engineering experience within the water, wastewater, environmental, or process equipment industries
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, biological treatment systems, mixing technologies, aeration systems, and nutrient removal
• Experience overseeing product development, applications engineering, project delivery, and technical strategy
• Track record of driving innovation, engineering excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Experience supporting capital equipment projects from concept and design through installation and commissioning
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PE license preferred
