Job summary

Leitch Musgrove & McNeal Inc in the United States is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for a furnace OEM role. You will lead applications engineering, guide technical discussions with customers, and drive product development to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in automotive/aerospace/heavy equipment contexts and degrees in materials science or mechanical/electrical engineering. Remote work is possible for the right candidate; competitive compensation and a great team

Qualifications

• B.S. degrees in materials science or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of industry experience in relevant sectors (auto/ aerospace/ heavy equipment).
• Related experience in quality, metallurgist, process engineering, plant/operations management.

Responsibilities

• Technical sales & engineering support: Develop equipment concept designs and support discussions with customers.
• Work with engineering to ensure technical objectives and project goals are met.
• Customer service support: Collaborate with customers, engineering, and field service to resolve processing and equipment issues.
• Product development: Evaluate and implement design and technology improvements to product lines.
