The Director of Engineering will provide oversight and management of the engineering, business operations, Right of Way, reliability and technical functions for distribution in the execution of major capital programs. This includes providing leadership and coaching to the engineering organization, managing engineering contractors, establishing engineering design standards, documenting engineering policies and procedures, strategic planning of business operations, managing all IT systems used in the engineering process, evaluating technical solutions, and coordinating a consistent engineering process with the district managers. In performing these duties, this position will lead the Operating Company's distribution organization to implement business solutions that will optimize the process improvement initiatives.
