Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required for licensure and clinical leadership.
• Master's degree preferred with clinical leadership experience.
• 3+ years applicable experience in emergency services or hospital administration.
• 5+ years applicable experience preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department.
• Oversees staffing, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensures patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance across ED operations.
• Drives patient experience initiatives and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to align department goals with organizational strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
