Job summary

RavenVolt, Inc. is seeking a Director of EOL Operations to lead the strategic and operational delivery of switchgear modernization, retrofit, replacement, and lifecycle services across a growing portfolio.

The role demands 10+ years in electrical construction or power systems, strong leadership and project management, and the ability to travel 50–75% to customer sites while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with strong electrical knowledge.
• 10+ years in electrical construction, power systems, or switchgear services.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing teams and projects.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, risk management, and customer relations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for EOL Operations portfolio.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategies.
• Manage client relationships and executive-level project reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and on-time project delivery.
