Job summary

RavenVolt is seeking a Director of EOL Operations to lead strategic and operational efforts for our End-of-Life switchgear modernization and lifecycle services. You will oversee safe, profitable execution of complex low- and medium-voltage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical construction or power systems and 5+ years in leadership, with strong knowledge of switchgear, protection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent electrical construction or field leadership experience may be considered.
• 10+ years in electrical construction, power systems, switchgear services, or related operations.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing teams, projects, or service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear, protection systems, and modernization practices.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, risk, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and operating plans for EOL Operations.
• Lead a portfolio of switchgear modernization, retrofit, replacement, and lifecycle projects.
• Establish metrics, governance, and standards to drive consistent execution.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Partner with commercial teams to support growth, retention, and market expansion.
• Ensure projects are safe, on-time, on-budget, and meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and field operations on modernization and commissioning.
• Support FAT/SAT, startup, and commissioning activities and regulatory compliance.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and customer expectations.
