We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Education and Clinical Excellence to oversee clinical nursing operations and lead educational initiatives for staff development. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong nursing background, leadership skills, and a commitment to education and continuous improvement in home care services.

This position is based in Manhattan, with occasional travel to Long Island, Westchester, and throughout the five boroughs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or education, preferably in home care or a related field.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical team to ensure high-quality client care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies in collaboration with the Director of Compliance.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct audits and assessments, implementing improvements as needed.
• Design and deliver education and training programs for clinical staff, including orientation and continuing education.
• Mentor staff to promote professional growth.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Address staff issues promptly.
• Serve as a resource for clients and families, ensuring satisfaction and education about care plans and health conditions.
