Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director in its Technology practice to lead native document review and case management programs. You will manage multiple client matters, coordinate with consultants and client personnel, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables using Relativity and Nuix Discover.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of eDiscovery experience (Relativity, Nuix Discover or Reveal), strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, or Reveal).
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of projects with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical skills to client situations and create customized solutions.
• Utilize logical reasoning to provide complete client service.
• Ensure delivery of all work within established timeframes.
• Introduce additional FTI services to clients as needs dictate.
• Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
• Maintain professional image within the firm and project externally.
