The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Director of Operations - Early Childhood to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and management of all early childhood education programs across the organization. This role ensures high-quality educational services, licensing compliance, staff development, fiscal stewardship, and active family engagement across multiple ECE sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in ECE (Master’s preferred), at least five years of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, education, or a related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Experience with childcare licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and program operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction for all Early Childhood Education programs throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement a unified vision for ECE programming aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Establish and monitor quality standards across all childcares and early learning sites.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate program quality and staff performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate ECE leadership staff.
• Develop enrollment and family engagement strategies across sites.
• Oversee budgets, funding opportunities, and financial resources for ECE operations.
