Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Director of Distribution & Operations for its Braselton, Georgia facility. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching a 500+ strong team, directing inbound, outbound and supporting operations, and delivering same-day service through KPI-driven governance.

You will lead from the warehouse floor, develop high-performing teams and implement practical improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations with 400+ direct reports.
• Proven productivity, quality and safety improvements through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decisive leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse floor with hands-on leadership to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers overseeing 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence and same-day shipping.
• Investigate challenges and implement data-driven improvements to strengthen performance.
