Uline seeks a Director of Distribution Operations in Braselton, GA to lead the warehouse floor, coaching a large team and driving operational excellence for same-day shipping.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in high-volume distribution, you will manage inbound/outbound operations, focus on KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements in a 1.5 million sq ft facility.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
