• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years progressive procurement experience required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in procurement or category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term direct procurement and category strategies.
• Lead supply continuity, risk mitigation, and supplier governance.
• Oversee category strategy across direct spend and manage negotiations.
• Establish executive relationships with strategic suppliers and partners.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Drive cost optimization and value creation through supplier collaboration.
