Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Dining Services responsible for overseeing daily operations within an acute care setting. You will manage and lead a team of associates, maintain client relations, and ensure the food quality meets high standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborating with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food
• Managing all P&L and budgeting aspects of the account
• Implementing new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (preferred)
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Healthcare food service management experience (highly preferred)
• Experience in high-volume production and catering
• Previous budget management experience
• Desire to grow professionally within a top-tier foodservice company
