Chartwells K12 is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead the dining program for a premier K-12 school district in the United States. This role emphasizes delivering fresh, nutritious menus with exceptional work-life balance—no nights, no weekends, and no holidays—to allow continued focus on passion for culinary excellence.

You will guide a talented team, elevate student dining experiences, and implement innovative concepts in a fast-paced educational setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Culinary or related field.
• Three+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Dining experience and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all finance and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the team in creating nutritious and top-quality food for the students.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between Chartwells, Client, and the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of a dining service operation.

• Excellent communication skills.
