Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services, you will support The Lexington School by leading a dedicated team to ensure premier foodservice delivery. You will develop detailed dining experiences for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, and collaborate with other departments.
2. Work with the Chef and management team to build menus and ensure top-quality food.
3. Manage all P&L and budgeting related to the account.
4. Implement new culinary programs efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary (preferred).
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience in high-volume production and catering is critical.
• Proven experience managing a budget.
• High-reaching, eager to learn and grow within a leading foodservice company.
