Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for annual bonuses and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Direct food service operations including food preparation, dining room operations, and delivery services. Manage food purchases, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control. Ensure high nutritional and food quality, compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate entertaining dining events. May cater events as requested.

Education and Experience: College degree in food service or hospitality management preferred. At least 8 years in food service, with 3+ in supervisory roles, including inventory and budget management.
Certifications: Current ServSafe Certification required; other local food handling licenses as needed.
Management Skills: Ability to make decisions within guidelines, manage large teams, and motivate staff.
Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of food preparation, safety regulations, and food service operations. Ability to address residents' needs and incorporate their preferences.
