Monarch Place is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Director of Dining Services to lead our culinary and dining program. As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee all aspects of the community's dining operation, including menu planning, food preparation, ordering and inventory, staffing, scheduling, sanitation, and overall resident satisfaction.

The Director of Dining Services reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the dining department.
This position supervises dining services associates, provides training and coaching, participates in performance evaluations, and addresses performance or disciplinary matters when necessary. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, making decisions, and taking ownership of the department.
The ideal candidate will have:
Throughout the workday, this position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, grasp with both hands, and perform fine manipulation. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
