Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a Director of Digital Product to lead the enterprise digital engineering portfolio from engineering through manufacturing and service.

You’ll shape strategy, operating model, and investments to enable scalable, data-driven product delivery and align with business priorities. You will partner across architecture, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and supply chain, while developing leaders and establishing KPIs to measure value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience spanning technology, engineering systems, and business strategy.
• 7+ years of senior product leadership owning enterprise platforms or digital product portfolios.
• Experience with PLM, ALM, CAD and related platforms; strong ROI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise digital product strategy for engineering platforms and capabilities.
• Establish multi-year roadmaps and investment strategies balancing innovation and value realization.
• Lead the digital engineering operating model, governance, and funding models.
• Scale the digital thread across CAD-driven BOMs, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Drive MBSE, PLM, ALM, CAD adoption and platform-based product development.
• Guide release planning, roadmap transparency, and cross-domain prioritization.
