Collette seeks a Director of Digital Analytics Architecture and Engineering to own data layer, tagging architecture, and analytics governance across websites, apps, and portals. This leader defines the blueprint for how data flows into TMS and downstream platforms, ensuring scalable, compliant, and actionable data for lead intake and customer experience decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in modern digital-platform architecture across websites, apps, and portals.
• Experience shaping product and technical roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into quarterly delivery plans and testing concepts.
• Knowledge of data contracts, naming conventions, and data governance models.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering or analytics teams.
• Strong documentation, risk management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end digital analytics architecture across sites, apps, and portals.
• Collaborate with product management to create product and technical roadmaps.
• Document change-management decisions and roadmap changes.
• Translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements.
• Turn complex requirements into quarterly projects with realistic sequencing.
• Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and marketing to align stakeholders.
