Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Experience building a development function in smaller organizations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year contributed revenue plan.
• Cultivate and steward a portfolio of institutional funders.
• Build IA&A's individual donor base and major gifts program.
