Job summary

Freedom House is seeking a Director, Development to guide and enhance its fundraising activities. This role will involve strategic leadership and daily operational support to ensure the Development function excels during a period of significant growth.

The Director will manage various revenue streams and play a crucial role in achieving the organization's ambitious fundraising goals, particularly in preparation for significant campaigns aligned with its 85th Anniversary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising or business development.
• Proven record of securing major gifts and grants.
• Strong experience with donor pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Development function.
• Build and manage a robust donor pipeline.
• Translate fundraising priorities into actionable plans.
