Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 1 year professional-level fundraising experience.
• 3–5 years major gifts or account management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop strategy, forecast results and collaborate across campus.

• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and develop personalized engagement strategies.
• Meet donor engagement and philanthropic commitment goals.
