Job summary

The Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is seeking a mission‑driven Director of Development to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This management role plans and implements a donor‑focused annual development program that aligns with the congregation’s mission and charism.

The Director will oversee major gifts, annual giving, grants, events, and donor communications, providing strategic leadership for development operations and cultivating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in development with demonstrated fundraising and marketing skills.
• CFRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major gifts, annual giving, direct mail appeals, grant writing, events, planned giving and donor communications.
• Provide strategic leadership for development operations.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners.
