Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or development, ideally in Jewish education or mission-driven nonprofits.
• Track record in donor cultivation and solicitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive annual development plan including giving, major gifts, grants, and events.
• Cultivate and expand a diverse donor base across South Florida.
• Build relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners.
• Communicate the school's mission and values to supporters clearly and compellingly.
• Collaborate with leadership and board to engage donors and solicit support.
• Oversee donor acknowledgment, reporting, and stewardship.
• Manage fundraising data, tracking, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Support campaigns, capital needs, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
