Job summary

Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration is seeking a Director of Development to design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for ORAM. The role reports to the Executive Director and will oversee foundations, government funding, individual donors, and corporate giving.

The Director will steward relationships, cultivate new donors, and nurture strategic partnerships to advance ORAM's mission and impact across programs and advocacy.

Job description

The newly created Director of Development position, reporting to the Executive Director, will build and implement ORAM’s fundraising strategy, including foundation, government, individual, and corporate funding streams. As the steward of ORAM’s relationships and strategic partnerships, the Director of Development’s responsibilities extend to identifying and cultivating new donors while nurturing existing ones.
