Job description

Director of Development

The Director of Development will work closely with the Head of School, Executive Director, and Board of Directors to oversee and manage all aspects of YHT’s development and fundraising. This position will report to the Head of School. The Director of Development must be able to design and implement a comprehensive and results-oriented development plan, including traditional and innovative strategies. Key components of this plan should include goals, strategies, and timetables for annual operating capital, and endowment campaigns, and should include a focus on building key relationships with families, community, corporate and foundation leaders, and alumni.
