Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in design build or landscape construction
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, hardscape & softscape installation, grading & drainage, irrigation, and plant material
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn and use various software (CRM, GSuite, Aspire)
• Maintains professionalism at all times in challenging circumstances

Position: Director of Design/Build

Salary: $90k - $110k

Typical Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of Design Build department operations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, Manage & Coach the Project Managers and other direct reports, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Divisional Oversight: Oversee the Design Build department as a whole, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Precision's quality standards.
• Safety, Training, and Career Development: Ensure all work meets established company standards, industry regulations, and contractual obligations for quality and safety. Ensure all department staff have a clear path for their careers at Precision.
• Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, review contracts, and control financial resources for projects and operations.
• Process Creation & Management: Identify existing issues and work with the team to ensure the proper processes are in place and being followed by all.
• Leadership: Work with other members of the leadership team, settling current issues and helping to mold the future of the company.
