The Opportunity with McKinstry:
We are seeking a Director of Construction to join our east coast business in leading construction operations across our Distributed Energy and Renewables line of business. In this role, you will lead all aspects of construction operations across Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), microgrid applications, and other distributed energy resource solutions to support energy resiliency, electrification, and decarbonization offerings for clients distributed nationwide. Contract methods to lead include Design-Build (DB), Engineer Procure Construct (EPC), Energy Service Performance Contracting (ESPC), and Fixed-Price. You will facilitate and be responsible for customer satisfaction, employee success, financial predictability, safety, and other business outcomes across a portfolio of projects independently managed by individual Construction Management and Project Management teams. You will also closely collaborate with sales, project development, field, and other McKinstry business units to successfully obtain and deliver business that aligns with McKinstry’s capabilities and plans. The pay range for this position is $141,570 - $219,510 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
