Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Minimum of 5 years of practice experience post dental school.
• 2 years prior experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the dental program and supervise department staff.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and accurate diagnosis and treatment of all problems.
• Refer patients needing additional care to other oral health specialists.
• Collaborate with CBHS PI Coordinator to monitor patient satisfaction and perform one PDSA cycle each year.
• Maintain records on all patients assessed and treated and complete dental staff annual reviews.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for the clinical operations of the department and establish affiliation with the University of Maryland Dental School.
