Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics within a consumer products environment.
• Prior leadership or team management experience required.
• Advanced forecasting methods, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand forecasting function to deliver accurate, timely forecasts.
• Develop and maintain customer-level sales and inventory plans.
• Leverage POS data and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and customers to align on forecasts and promotions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the demand planning team.
