Job summary

The State of Indiana seeks a Director of Debt Management to oversee the Indiana Finance Authority's debt issuance, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance. The role involves evaluating debt structures, pricing and closing bond deals, ongoing portfolio monitoring, and continuing disclosure.

You will manage relationships with bankers and financial advisors and report to the Public Finance Director, with potential supervisory responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial markets, credit analysis, and investments.
• Municipal finance experience preferred.
• CFA and/or MBA helpful.
• Strong written, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Bloomberg preferred.
